SRES Tapped as Development Consultant for Lindbergh Transit Project
SRES is currently serving as a development consultant on the Lindbergh Transit project. The project is a transit focused mixed-use development project under construction on 51.29 acres surrounding the Lindbergh Center Rail Station. The development program for the project consists of 1,200,000 square feet of office space, 285,000 square feet of retail space, approximately 156 apartment units, 288 condominium units, and a 120-room hotel. Working with the architect and construction manager, SRES is providing on site day-to-day development management services.
