SRES completed an assessment and inventory of assets, which comprised a portfolio of largely nonperforming real estate assets. The total number of portfolio properties was 93. Geographically, the properties where concentrated in the Southwest, Midwest and South Central parts of the country. The greatest concentration of properties where located in Georgia, Texas, Louisiana and Florida. The assets represented a mix of property types including residential, commercial properties and land. The inventory and assessment provided the client with invaluable information on the financial, physical and economic condition of the properties. The information gathered enabled the consultants to develop disposition strategies including recommendations on pricing and marketing. The scope of services included the following activities.
