SRES was engaged by the Postal Service to identify locations for a new Downtown carrier annex and a facility to house retail operations for the Midtown postal station. Specific task items included preparation of a locational feasibility study, physical inspection of potential sites, and preparation of lease vs. purchase analysis for potential buildings and sites.
