Lakewood Transit Oriented Development (TOD)
The Lakewood TOD is a mixed-use development planned for a 14-acre site adjacent to the Lakewood/Fort McPherson MARTA station. The development will consist of office space, apartments and retail space. SRES is the lead development consultant on the project, responsible for managing the entire development process from site acquisition to design and construction. The Lakewood TOD is projected to cost $ 30,000,000.
