SRES has a track record in successfully executing real property acquisition programs for utilities, highways, airports, and other public works and infrastructure programs. Our success is directly attributable to our view of project management, which involves a "hands on" approach. This means the staff is in constant interactive contact with clients and property owners. Since the firm's establishment, we have successfully completed numerous projects ranging from simple strip takes for sewer projects to complex bridge replacement projects involving subsurface easements, air rights and damages.
