Valuation services include determining fair market value of various ownership interests in real estate properties. Our extensive experience includes appraisals of the following property types:

Valuations are performed in accordance with the highest professional and ethical standards in the industry and are consistent with applicable regulations. The appraisal staff is highly qualified. All of the staff are certified to appraise real property in the State of Georgia and one has received the MAI designation. All real property appraisal assignments involving commercial properties are completed using the narrative appraisal format or a format prescribed by the client. The firm currently provides appraisal and real estate consulting services to a diverse list of clients that includes financial institutions, private investors, city, county and state public agencies and federal regulatory agencies. Also, staff members of the firm have had extensive experience appraising "urban properties". These properties are located in inner city neighborhoods in highly urbanized areas. Often the neighborhoods are distressed and characterized by inactive real estate markets. Although the appraisal of "urban properties" can sometimes pose a challenge, SRES is known for rendering accurate interpretations of the market forces shaping these neighborhoods. All valuation reports prepared by the firm are prepared in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice of the Appraisal Foundation and The Appraisal Institute. Several team members are designated members of the Appraisal Institute and the National Society of Real Estate Appraisers.
